From April 1, 2009, the youth hostel can sell out the remaining accommodation places freely, so after this date, we can only guarantee accommodation in the WOC-village, if there is still free capacity available.

We can only guarantee the accommodation if the non-refundable deposit - 50 EUR per apartment - Uni-Hotel, 20 EUR per room - Bólyai Student Hostel - is made by March 31st, 2009. The arrival of the payment will be marked in the O-Centre by an icon besides the ordered services - not paid, advance payment made, all payments made.

The remaining sum of the services has to arrive to the organizer until July 7, 2009.
