You can makentries and order all the services (accommodation, transport, and later the catering) through the on-line entry system.

O-Centre Payment modul: On this page you can select entry, accommodation and transportation request items that you want to pay by bank transfer. After clicking on the button a new Payment Identity Code will be generated and the total price of the selected items will also appear. Please keep the Payment Identity Code and use it in the information field at bank transfer.

We can only guarantee the ordered services if the advance payment - which covers 25% of the whole payment - arrives on due time. The arrival of the payment will be marked in the O-Centre by an icon besides the ordered services - not paid, under payment, advance payment made, all payments made.

As for the accommodation, we can only guarantee bookings, which are made before March 31, 2009. From April 1, 2009, the youth hostel can sell out the remaining accommodation places freely, so after this date, we can only guarantee accommodation in the WOC-village, if there is still free capacity available.

The remaining sum of the services has to arrive to the organizer until the last entry deadline, July 19, 2009.

Cancellation of services (this doesn't apply to entry fees):

• before July 19, 2009: 100% of the fee paid for the booked services will be paid back
• between July 20-31, 2009: 40% of the advance fee and 100% of the remainder will be paid back
• between August 1-7, 2009: 10% of the advance fee and 100% of the remainder will be paid back
• after August 7, 2009: 0% of the advance fee and 100% of the remainder will be paid back

For the cancellations made after July 19, 2009, we can only pay back money (the advance fee and the remainder) on site, at the Hungária Cup registration.
