The deadline for both WOC and Hungaria Cup guaranteed accommodation bookings was over on 31th March. Until now, 80 percent of WOC and WTOC beds (for 480 persons) have been booked. As far as the Hungaria Cup accommodation is concerned, all 870 beds have completely been sold out.

All national teams that require to stay at the WOC village are kindly asked to send their bookings as soon as possible. There are 78 free beds available at Uni-Hotel while Bolyai Student Hostel can offer 51 beds at this moment.

The Organizing Committee is searching some more accommodation for Hungaria Cup participants. However, these new beds will be located outside the WOC village. The IOF Map Commission welcomes you to the 13th International Conference on Orienteering Mapping that will take place in conjunction with the World Orienteering Championships in Miskolc, Hungary. The conference will take place in the WOC Village, 16th August, 2009.

We can only guarantee the ordered services if the advance payment arrives on due time. The arrival of the payment will be marked in the O-Centre by an icon besides the ordered services - not paid, under payment, advance payment made, all payments made.

As for the accommodation, we can only guarantee bookings, which are made before March 31, 2009. From April 1, 2009, the youth hostel can sell out the remaining accommodation places freely, so after this date, we can only guarantee accommodation in the WOC-village, if there is still free capacity available.

As cheaper accommodation possibility, gym is also at disposal. Indeed, its capacity is limited to 120 persons. Price: 1.000 HUF per person and night, with use of own sleeping bag. Toilets and showers are available.
